Landscape Design Services

The Process:

  1. One of our Landscaping Service Representatives will phone you to ask you a few questions and answer any that you may have for them.
  2. They’ll arrange a convenient time for a complimentary consultation to view your garden and discuss your vision for your dream garden, including what aspects are most important to you.
  3. At the appointed time, your landscape designer will meet with you to get a sense of your taste, as well as your likes and dislikes, priorities and needs. They’ll also tour your garden with you to understand how you want to use and experience each area.
  4. Shortly after this visit your designer will email you a summary of your meeting as well as pricing for any proposed design work, along with an approximate budget for the project installation if needed. If it’s a simple project such as sodding or tree planting for example, you’ll receive your quote at this point.
  5. If you decide you want to proceed, you’ll sign a contract and pay a deposit to cover the preparation of a comprehensive landscape design plan.
  1. For small projects involving only softscaping (i.e., plant material), free-hand drawings (not to scale) may suffice. A full plan will include a CAD-based proposal, which is to scale and includes a proposed plant photo guide.
  2. Once the drawings and quote for executing the plan are complete, your designer will contact you again to arrange a time to present their landscaping concept, explain the drawings, answer any questions you may have, and discuss any adjustments you’d like to make.
  3. If adjustments are required, they’ll return with revised drawings and a new timeline and quote (for the final work to begin, another deposit and contract will be required).
  4. After that, you can relax because we’ll take it from there. You won’t have to deal with any of the scheduling headaches that come from dealing with multiple landscaping companies. Nor will you have to wait around for contractors to show up—and then don’t. Your Lawrence Park team will handle everything for you while you watch your beautiful new garden take shape.
